Tasks and Responsibilities- Direct reporting to the General Manager- Establishment and management of Turkey sales and operations team- Coordination of the process carried out for the realization of sales targets, monitoring of sales performance, budget and realizations within plans,- Preparing business plans for financial targets in line with the company's vision and strategy and presenting them to customers,- Leading the strategy plans created with the Medical Marketing… Show more Tasks and Responsibilities- Direct reporting to the General Manager- Establishment and management of Turkey sales and operations team- Coordination of the process carried out for the realization of sales targets, monitoring of sales performance, budget and realizations within plans,- Preparing business plans for financial targets in line with the company's vision and strategy and presenting them to customers,- Leading the strategy plans created with the Medical Marketing team to ensure brand recognition- Field and market research and analysis of client needs for new laboratories planned to be opened, carrying out studies to protect existing customer satisfaction,- Follow-up of new test parameters of the sector and promotion to existing clients- Designing and pricing the laboratory services carried out by the company,- Implementation of product sales strategies to ensure sales and market growth,- Providing technical consultancy in the PPP projects followed by the company and technical support in the laboratory services of these projects, defining the criteria for the subcontractors of these services,- Management of service contracts of programs used in sales processes,- Quota tracking, profitability analysis, determination of price policies- Control of project realization,- Follow-up of service procurement tenders and company participation- Conducting training and motivation processes of field sales teams, training support and mentoring for team members with little or no experience.
