- As a product owner; build, plan, prioritize and maintain digital banking channel & team backlog - Planning and executing internet channel road maps with agile methodology. - Contributing to the design of the new digital product and/or service design process. - Collaboration with external partners such as design, software and ux agencies. - Prepare requirement document for digital analytics implementation and work closely with IT teams in order to ensure implementation is done correctly. - Plan, implement and monitor digital personalization campaigns and tests across channels. - Create and execute a/b tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience. - Sharing learnings across the organization to fuel marketing and product improvement.
