*Capex Analysis - Support other functions in terms of manufacturing feasibilities, savings, cost, and capacity analysis.*Coordinates, guides and leads functional groups and processes related to programming, tooling design, tooling selection, process development, product launch, and continuous improvement for CNC machining operations on a global level.*Leads cross-functional teams among different regions during special launch and improvement projects. *Driver and coordinator of all kinds of cycle time cost improvement activity on CNC machining processes.*Define technical requirements of machine and equipment and support supplier evaluation to achieve optimum capacity usage.*Takes part in defining specifications for CNC and CNC machining-related support equipment globally. *Supports activities related to standardizing employee training for machining processes globally *Improve tool design durations, correct rough material usage, reduce the tool manufacturing duration from a design point of view, eliminate over/under quality effect with engineering calculations. *Tooling stock management, min-max evaluation and improving the stock procurements with error-proof methods, identifying and standardizing the relations between operations and tools, reducing tool warehouse inventory, calculating the tool consumption on each makes parts, testing and improving current/old tools online.

 Responsible for increasing efficiency and reliability of current assembly lines in coordination with maintenance and production team,  Lead the processes for eliminating losses by process control tools, Lean Six Sigma Method,  Lead the continuous improvement processes, and implement actions of the assembly line,  The cycle time improvement project was completed from 14,3 sec. to 10,3 sec.  Result of eliminating scrap and losses project was gained as a performance rate increased %7 and scrap rate eliminated from %4 to %0  Support to Design Team for designing apparatus & fixtures of assembly lines, Prepare instructions & documentation for production crew and products like work instructions, PFMEA, PFD, CP, and 8D  CNC Lathe Machines by defining capability improvement needs and related actions  Cutting tool improvements in terms of cost and quality  CNC cycle time improvement by optimizing NC program, fixturing & tooling
