Head of NDT DepartmentCarry out all NDT tasks on Atlasglobal fleet and other companies, both domestic and abroad in 6 methods (ET,UT,RT,FPI,MPI,IRT) at Base – Line maintenance environment, on wing-off wing, engine shops, wheel-brake shops.Conduct all activities carried out in-house NDT workshop.Establishment and follow-up NDT system documentation system.NDT manual (written practice) preparation.Prepare Detailed NDT procedures, forms, tables, quality control provisions.Carry out research and development to make needed NDT equipment and systems, Implementation design and modeling.

Review the scope and detail of inspection requirements and inspect aircraft and components by obtaining and interpreting work cards.Read, interpret and setup the applicable NDT equipment in accordance with the instructions provided in the appropriate NDT manual or other document.Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection, as applicable, of aircraft components and aircraft areas opened by mechanics, including by not limited to fuel tanks, empennage, cargo areas, under floor areas, fuselage skin, engines, pylons, wings, flight control surfaces, flight decks, and landing gear etc.Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.Organize and report test results.Interpret and ensure compliance with all maintenance manual instructions, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and fleet campaign directives.Ensure proper rework of discrepancies by inspecting and evaluating work performed by shop mechs / technicians.Accomplish daily, monthly, quarterly, annually performance checks of Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, Eddy Current inspection systems.To perform other duties which are given by superior.Assistance of Responsible NDT level 3 for NDT training and certification program.Take part in National Aerospace NDT Board reorganization operations.
