Under the scope of New Generation National Training Aircraft (HÜRKUŞ) Flight Simulators project, preparing and following project schedule, analyzing project metrics, communicating with stakeholders and reporting the progress of the project to the executive board.Responsible for the whole project activities: work packages and sub-contractor management implementation, procurement, risk management, configuration management, development, production, testing processes.

Under the scope of F16 Aircraft Flight Simulators project, held meetings with development teams, followed sub-contractors’ work packages, prepared project activity reports.Responsible for analyzing user requirements, completing technical work packages and working with international subcontractors such as Lockheed Martin, Rockwell Collins, CAE and Moog.

Under the scope of AW139 Helicopter Simulator project, managed system development, system integration, system qualification test activities at Leonardo (Agusta Westland) Facilities in Milano, ITALY. Responsible for helping project manager in project activities, publishing project documents according to user requirements, managing shipment of the product to QATAR, conducting installation activities in the base.

Under the scope of Basic Training Aircraft Simulators (TESİM) project, performed simulators’ system level validation activities, system qualification tests and simulator acceptance tests (including flight tests) with end users.Responsible for all project test processes (designing test activities, preparing project test plan, writing test procedures, reporting test results). Participated in audits of the CMMI Maturity Level-3 test process.Under the scope of S70-A Blackhawk Helicopter Simulators project, performed simulators’ system level validation activities, system qualification tests and simulator acceptance tests with end users.Responsible for designing test activities, preparing project test plan, writing test procedures, reporting test results.

Under the scope of the SSM counseling program, supervised the application of quality processes in projects going underway on behalf of SSM Quality and Test Department.Responsible for meeting product related user requirements as defined in the contract.
