My responsibilities as a Content Writer included:- Content creation (long and short-form articles, social media visuals, marketing collateral, infographics and short videos) for clients from several industries- Event coverage (photos, videos and write-ups) for clients' social media pages- Optimizing content for clients' target markets and style/brand guides. For clients with no existing social media style guides, I assisted my team in co-creating new style guides for them - Collaborating with graphic/motion graphic designers and video editors to integrate imagery and visuals into content- Conducting in-depth research on various industries and trends to curate ideas for both in-house and external content. This has included trend, competitor and sentiment analysis, content calendar and timeline creation, SEO/keyword optimization, and ad targeting and boosting (Facebook and Google) - Monthly report tabulation and data analysis for client content, which is then used to fine-tune content angles and formats for future content- Running and reporting the company's in-house annual content marketing survey for 2016 and 2017, which is distributed to marketers across South East Asia- I co-presented in a marketers' bootcamp on social media content in Singapore on Jan 2018. This was an in-house session for a banking client.
