Accountable about diabetes portfolio in both countries, Chile & Peru, with special focus on differentiation strategies for diabetes & prediabetes.

This position involved the management and development of Cardiometabolic portfolio for Chile including thyroid, diabetes and cardiovascular products, getting as main goal to recover the growth of products among each segment working together with medical and commercial area. Implementation of local strategies for both, private and local market.

Responsibility for the commercial and strategic development of the brands under my accountability, the P&L of Business Unit; in addition to the professional development of the human resource under my charge. Establish strong and long-term relationships with opinion leaders from different medical Societies, Health Institutions and School Medicine/Universities.During this period, I took the diabetes business to its high level, reaching 1st position among pharma Chilean market receiving an international award among Emerging Markets.

As a Junior Product Manager, I was in charge of the strategic development of cardiovascular and gastro business. During this period, I launched 2 products in both business, one of them, currently is in the 3rd position among company portfolio. I took Perenteryl (probiotic) to the next level achieving the leadership position among the diarrhea market.

Accountable of promotion and business development in the southern of Santiago. Then I also took responsibilities of sales being accountable of one of the 3 most important customer in Chile.

Accountable of promotion and sales of respiratory products for asthma.
