Finance Coordinator
CurrentCollect, coordinate and review due diligence documentation required by underwriters for pre-development, construction and permanent financing and equity investors for syndication of affordable and market-rate multifamily projects. Liaise with outside legal counsel, escrow officers and financial institution staff to ensure transactions close timely. Gather and distribute project financial and operating information to Lenders/Investors/Agencies per loan compliance. Manage property, liability and umbrella insurance; provide evidence certifications as required. Coordinate issuance, renewal and release of P&P and Subdivision Bonds for multiple construction projects. Abstract and coordinate land purchase contracts. Track key dates and escrow deposit requirements. Review, assemble and distribute corporate, LLC and LP organization documents. Maintain annual reports and state filings for entities.
