• Implementation of rules, practices, procedures, and systems related to the field of ATM.• Implementation of CAA’s internal policies and procedures complying with international regulations.• Create action plans to manage improvement or change where necessary.• Certification of ANSP and Aerodromes.• Oversight of stakeholder organisations (ANSP, Aerodromes) through planning, audits, approvals andmonitoring.• Assessment and construction permits for building projects near airports. (Obstacle Assessment)• Representing Armenia in international conferences and meetings.Experience in using ICAO USOAP toolset.During 2017-2018 was seconded to EUROCONTROL for implementing the projects such as NSAHANDBOOK and DRONE regulation.Participating in AIM Group and Aeronautical Data Quality implementation Working Group.Since 2019 State Liaison officer for Armenia (Total 9 months).

• More than 300 Solar engineering projects have been done • Create electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, or connection diagrams for solar electric systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software.• Design or coordinate design of photovoltaic (PV) or solar thermal systems, including system components, for residential and commercial buildings.• Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of residential or commercial solar power systems.• To fulfill measuring with equipments Trimble and Leica• Work experience with various PC programs

• Participation in calculations of the annual land balance of Yerevan with MapInfo • Organization of land allocation, formulation of land use rights, correct determination of borders of land parcels• Preparation of necessary urban development documents related to construction or reconstruction of separate sectors of Yerevan, and buildings and structures of urban development complexes• Doing inspection measurements and using approved zoning plans, developing development schemes of different areas• Making proposals for improvement of regulations of urban development activities • Studying applications, petitions, letters and other documents• Studying raised issues in appeals and complaints of physical and legal entities and preparing answer scraps.
