Serpil Sunay has begun her career journey at a young age on performing arts by participating both national and international master classes right after having her bachelor’s degree on hotel & tourism management. She; as a consultant, provide a wide range of creative ideas and different perspectives to her clients on entertainment and event sector under the roof of Balance Event Company which was also founded by her. Also on her continuing career journey she had several chances to work with many talented and distinguished acrobats and dancers from different countries. She put her interest and experience on performing arts and she reached over 100000 audiences from many vary countries as by preparing and representing acrobatic and dance shows such as La Fiesta Tropical, El Gran Circo, Circle of Evolution and Harem Seraglio. Nowadays her successful journey continues as being art director and producer of famous Pasha Dance Theater which has have representations on both national and international ongoing tours.Serpil Sunay, turizm otelcilik lisans eğitiminin hemen ardından, genç yaşta başladığı kariyer yolculuğuna sahne sanatları alanında katıldığı, yurtiçi ve yurtdışı master class eğitimlerini tamamlayarak devam etti. Kurucusu olduğu Balance Event Company çatısı altında eğlence ve event danışmanlığını yaptığı firmalara, farklı bakış açısı ve fikirlerini çözüm ortağı olarak sunmanın yanısıra hazırladığı prodüksiyonlarla çeşitli ülkelerden seçkin sanatçılarla çalışma imkanı buldu. Dans ve akrobasi sanatlarına olan ilgisi ve sahne sanatları konusundaki deneyimini bugüne kadar hazırladığı La Fiesta Tropical, El Gran Circo, Circle of Evolution, Harem Seraglio gibi şovlarla sahneye taşıyarak gerçekleştirdiği temsillerle bir çok ülkeden 100000’in üzerinde seyirciye ulaştı. En son olarak da yapımcısı ve sanat yönetmeni olduğu Pasha Dance Theater ile yurtdışı ve yurtiçi turnelerine devam etmekte.
