I am the Operations Manager at Small Magic, a nonprofit that works with families, teachers, and community partners to make sure children in our community can thrive. In my role, I oversee administrative and operational functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization.

As the YWCA Domestic Violence Services Department Department's Program Manager, I was responsible for program outcome management, data collection and reporting, and monitoring and improving the department's processes and systems.
