I speak with patients and there families as well as talk with employees of the hospital. I have records of every patient in the hospital which I keep confidential, I transfer calls, call codes for the hospital and send out pages to help keep our system organized and help the patient in need as soon as possible. I provide basic office duties and also have access to all of the security cameras that I check periodically.
