- Managed a team of 3 engineers and 4 failure analysis techs spread through shifts for a 24/7 support coverage.- Development of a standardized root cause analysis lab for speaker assembly and components testing. The projected savings from these added plant capabilities are set at 950k USD per year and give a 24 hour reaction time that helps avoid lost shipments or defect build-up.- Responsible of the test engineering transfer of 6 speaker production lines for the Value Chain Optimization project in under a year. The transfers are from Penang and San Luis to the Tijuana plant.

- Design of equipment, fixtures and gages using Siemens NX for the Tijuana, San Luis and Penang manufacturing plants. - Design needs included new product introductions, line claims, new plant capabilities, A3 problem solving and continuous improvement. - Designed the equipment for the assembly of the SoundLink Revolve bluetooth speaker and the Lifestyle 650 home theater system. Other projects included equipment for the manufacturing of automotive speakers and amplifiers. - Designed machinery complied with functional safety standards ISO 12100 & ISO 13849.
