Previously he worked as a consultant in HR Innovation for several companies.Also, he served as director of human resources in Spain of Everis, an international consulting firm considered one of the best companies to work for by the Great Place to Work Institute.He has held the Presidency of Factor Humà Foundation, which brings together relevant companies within Catalonia with the mission to promote good HR practices in organizations.Before joining the world of HR, he developed his career in the field of information technology, managing consulting projects for large organizations.In addition, he advises several organizations related to innovation in the world of work as well as the third sector and social entrepreneurship.He is co-author of the book 'El Ocaso del Empleo.
