I lived in Japan 10 months, during this period I had the chance to work with a multicultural team in Sony Global Manufacturing company in Okazaki which is one of the biggest camera's factory in the world.This experience allowed me not only to expand my networking around the world, but also to deepen my knowledge in Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and Japanese ways of working.
