- Developing 7 large scale wind projects with a total capacity of 200MW (including Tbilisi Wind Power Project, Kaspi Wind Power Project located near Tbilisi, Georgia). - As the project manager, I was responsible for the following tasks in building large scale wind turbines:o Preparing Wind Turbine Tender documents and evaluating offers from the biggest international wind turbine suppliers (including Vestas, Enercon,Nordex) both in commercial and technical aspects;o Preparing Request for Quotation documents and selecting engineering consultancy companies for installing the Wind Turbines;o Defining and conducting the Environmental and Social impact studies;o Negotiating and purchasing of the Wind Turbine lands;o Managing the local authorizations and permits for the electrical and civil designs; o Delivering the projects in time and in budget including management of all the related risks.

- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services both EPC and investor perspective- Seek out the international energy investor companies to become their EPC contractor- Advice feasible projects to the management after financial and technical assessments- Conduct PPA negotiations with the developers, local authorities, etc. - Manage the SPA process of projects after the board’s investment decision- Analyze individual renewable energy companies and market trends; conduct primary research, including but not limited to, financial analysis, due diligence on industry trends, company management, and strategies.

- Prepared and presented bids to clients.- Conduct negotiation process of tenders and contract with customers.- Coordinate site activities, works between Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) team, customer and Enerjisa team.- Managed the first distributed generation Solar Power Plant of the company and ensured completion in time as per schedule.

- Spearhead a team of 15 to complete Bares 143MW Wind Power Plant. - Standardized the process of preparing an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract- Collaborate with internal organizations including sustainability, legal, tax, engineering, and international finance (IFC,EBRD) to implement project. - Develop and grow relationships with key suppliers, developers, regulators, and other stakeholders.- Conduct the claim negotiations with contractors including WTG suppliers and insurance companies, regarding defects, guarantee, warranty issues, incidents and insurance issues. - Advised the training programme for the interns and managed the implementation of the plan with the students according to their individual skills and needs.- Conduct the permitting and procurement of project works with purchasing department for civil, crane, design and electrical.

- Consolidated project management between Vestas Italy and Vestas Turkey.- Managed the pre-construction phase of a 15MW wind park.- Acted as Quality Safety Environment manager. - Prepared the translations and proof reading of Vestas technical documents, safety manuals and guidelines into Turkish.
