I designed experiences for uberPOOL, working across both the rider and driver apps · Design lead for the driver POOL experience: I design across the entire driver platform including the on trip flow, earnings, ratings and more· Design lead for uberHOP: a fixed route commuting product in Southeast Asia· Created a platform walking experience in the rider app, with the goal to streamline routes and prevent unnecessary loops· Contributor to the rider app redesign: I worked on POOL, uberHOP and the platform for first time rider experiences

As their first designer, I expanded their products from web/mobile web to native iOS and Android apps· Design lead for the client app: where customers can view/edit their current appointments, manage their account and book new cleanings· Design lead for the cleaner app: where cleaners manage their account, view their calendar, view job details and claim new jobs· Contributed to client website: where I redesigned return user booking flow, post booking flow, appointment overview and reschedule flow
