The Turkish Education Foundation (TEV), founded in 1967, is a non-profit organization promoting education in Turkey. TEV offers scholarships and financial aid to students across all levels of education and works to enhance educational opportunities for all. TEV also invests in academic infrastructure and fosters innovation in teaching methods to further its mission.My tasks are:- Executing the foundation's annual plans at the local level,- Implementing fundraising and community engagement strategies,- Coordinating daily donation operations in different events such as funerals, weddings, opening ceremonies, etc.- Providing social services for elderly donors,- Creating a youth support system for scholars with such workshops, training, courses, voluntary events and discounts,- Initiating new school and dormitory investments based on the donor's will.

I'm the founder of Sosyal Fayda Ajansı (Social Good Agency), which is designed as a "not-for-profit" company to operate in corporate social responsibility, civil society, social innovation and entrepreneurship, funding/grant management and humanitarian. We provide consultation and training for public, private and civil society sectors; and work on establishing new social enterprises.

I've had responsibility for the general coordination and representation of the organization with related tasks: - Coordination of 5 main programs (International Volunteering, Food Banking, Volunteering and - Participation, Equity in Education, and Future for Young People);- Management of international volunteering projects in the European Solidarity Corps in which we host and send volunteers;- Developing community projects and carrying them out with the help of local volunteers;- Campaign management in charity races;- Creating communication strategies for fund-raising and planning activities;- Train and engage local volunteers (400+) in programs and charity projects;- Creating communication and social media strategies;- Administration of Salesforce NPSP and development of its data architecture for the organization's integration;- Liability in any legal and administrative issues.

I worked as Bursa Psycho-Social Support and Information Center Manager of IBC Foundation that works to help in alleviating human suffering, hunger, and illiteracy among all people regardless of nationality, ethnicity, race, colour, social origin, religion, belief, language, political opinion, gender, age, and sexual orientation, genetic and physical features.Bursa Office implemented two different projects to support more than 4000 vulnerable Syrian refugees in the community which are funded by World Vision International (funded by EU-ECHO) and Relief International (funded by US-BPRM).

I founded Volunteer Movement Association in October 2009. I voluntarily took responsibility on the board and carry out main activities until 2015. Since then I worked as a full-time staff in the organization with the below-mentioned tasks:- Preparation and coordination of EU and other funded projects;- Management of international volunteering projects in Erasmus+;- Developing community projects and carrying them out with the help of local volunteers;- Participation in charity runs and creating communication strategies for fund-raising;- Train and engage local volunteers in local activities;- Creating communication and social media strategies;- Liability in any kind of legal and administrative issues.

At the Urban Aesthetic Department of the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, I took responsibilities for urban aesthetics projects, project management and documentation of contractor's tender.My tasks were related to street art, city furniture, street corner-based statutes and geographic information systems project.

Main tasks were, at the Communication and Event Planning Department at Bursa City Council, facilitation of some voluntary working groups of the council; organizing events with the collaboration of local NGOs; carrying out and conducting local projects.At the same time, I was an Executive Board Member of the 2nd International Bursa Photography Festival and was responsible for social media and website creation and editorship, and also volunteer management.

Since the establishment of Merinos Atatürk Congress and Culture Center under the management of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, I've been one of the Event Planners in the Organization Department. Beginning from the marketing/customer relation process till the planning events such as seminar, symposium, congress, concert, exhibition, ball, opera, etc. was included in the tasks.

I participated in European Voluntary Service (EVS) project in Osnabrück Province (both Niedersachsen and NRW), Germany. I worked for national-wide scout organization called "Verband Christlicher Pfadfinden und Pfadfinderinen - VCP Velpe" as a volunteer . I took responsibility for children's workshops in the organization and scout camps in/out of Germany. The European Voluntary Service (EVS) gives young people the opportunity to express their personal commitment through full-time voluntary work in a foreign country within or outside the EU under the Erasmus+ program (Youth in Action with the previous program name).
