I am responsible for Set-Top Box (STB) program management within the Portfolio Management (B2B) Unit at Zattoo GmbH, specialising in comprehensive TV solutions tailored for operators. In this role, I collaborate closely with STB manufacturers/suppliers, third-party partners, and Zattoo’s technology, sales, and account management teams.Key responsibilities include: • Defining and evaluating state-of-the-art STB products, with a focus on Google Android TV and the Netflix Self-Serve program. • Cultivate partnerships and engage stakeholders within the turnkey solutions ecosystem. • Oversee Android TV product development and execute acceptance tests. • Orchestrate sustainable STB programmes and guide product development from definition to deployment for customers. • Provide end-to-end support, from pre-sales consultations to post-sales support,in conjunction with account management and sales teams.
