Main focus on establishment of specialty divisions like Plastics & Polymers, Rubber and ACES (adhasives, coatings, elastomers and sealants) divisions. Also have acted as the "Pen Holder" for Plastics & Polymer divisions of Central Eastern Europe, with a full P/L responsibility on P&P business in the region, and managing 14 sales managers.
