I work for the integration of law and technology. Software, Trademark, Patent, Design, Software, Informatics, Technology, Data Protection Law are my areas of expertise.I completed my master's degree with my work in the field of Software Law at Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law and completed my doctoral studies with my thesis in the field of Patent Law.I am a lecturer at Bahçeşehir University. I teach Digital Intellectual Property Law and Legal Dimension of E-Commerce courses in the IT law master's program.I am also a trademark and patent attorney. I am one of the Founding Members of the E-commerce and Internet Law Association, the Data Protection Association, and the Open Data and Technology Association. I am one of the former chairmen of the Istanbul Bar Association Information Technology Law Commission.---Hukuk ve tekniğin entegrasyonu için çalışmaktayım. Bilişim, Teknoloji, Yazılım, Marka, Patent, Tasarım Hukuku uzmanlık alanlarımdır.İstanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesinde Yazılım Hukuku alanında yaptığım çalışma ile yüksek lisans programını tamamladım ve Patent Hukuku alanında yazdığım tez ile doktora çalışmalarımı tamamladım.Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi bilişim hukuku yüksek lisans programında Djital Fikri Mülkiyet Hukuku ve E-Ticaretin Hukuki Boyutu derslerini vermekteyim.Marka ve patent vekiliyim. İstanbul Barosu Bilişim Hukuku Komisyonu önceki dönem başkanı, E-ticaret ve İnternet Hukuku Derneği, Veri Koruma Derneği, Açık Veri ve Teknoloji Derneği Kurucu Üyelerindenim.
