My roles involve;• Specializing the technology strategy - Spearheading the development and implementation of our technological roadmap, aligning it with the company's overarching goals and objectives.• Team leadership - Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the technology team. • Product development - Driving the ideation, design, and development of new features and functionalities for Paper Backs, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse user base and contribute to the platform's growth and evolution.• Platform optimization - Continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance, security, and scalability of the Paper Backs platform, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices to deliver a seamless and reliable user experience.• Strategic partnerships - Launching strategic partnerships with institutions, content providers, and other key stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of Paper Backs, furthering our mission of democratizing free access to education.

• Assisting the software team to develop features to enhance user experience while striking a balance between functional and aesthetic designs while ensuring that the visitors of our platform or the Application easily interact with the Graphical User interfaces of the systems using programming languages such as JAVA, PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

• Overseeing the organisation’s computer systems and managing IT teams while maintaining information systems, networks & it’s security, developing, upgrading and installing of new hardware and software, and performing troubleshooting when necessary.

• Responsible for promoting the brand’s visibility through developing strategies to increase followers while driving user engagement, creating and overseeing social campaigns, producing content, reviewing analytics, and communicating with key stakeholders of the company.

• Assisted the leadership, managers & seniors on Audit teams in executing planned accounts procedures, ensuring that client expectations are met within the Framework of KPMG quality and risk Management systems, IFRS, Donor reporting requirements where applicable & Auditing standards.

• As a graduate trainee, I performed an all-round training program in all departments of the company while concetrating in the Network Operations Center where I monitored the NITA-U & C-squared networks, cleared hundreds of tickets sent in by the clients and went out on survey trips to map the lines where the OFC cables are designated to pass to Clients placements.

• Provided support the IT team in maintaining hardware, Software, and other internal systems while having a hands experience and learning data analytics, Database Management, and Cyber Security. Also Provided troubleshoots of Computer issues and provided technical support where necessary.
