I am a Colorado POST Certified Detention Deputy with 4 years of experience working for the state of Colorado in the law enforcement industry. Prior Military Experience for 6 years, The experience of having worked in diverse government jobs has really helped me gain useful skillsets and knowledge in the law enforcement category, to include Supervisor, Field Training Officer, First Aid. I am fluent in Spanish and English. I come from a town where there is many drugs, there is where I was addicted to drugs and alcohol at a young age, and was forced to attend school. While many believed I would never amount to anything, I was able to change my circumstances. I am so grateful for the people that didn’t give up on me and for the privilege to serve my country these 6 years in the Colorado Army National Guard. That time in the military has really transformed my life. Now, I’m ready to change my circumstances again and pursue new dreams.
