With over 15 years of experience, Michele is gifted with skills in solving business challenges faced by various industries with information technology. Her field of expertise is in transforming companies using digitalization, automation, and technology Innovation. Because of her passion to help people and businesses, over the years, she has been recognised on many levels and awarded, among them, as Top Achiever and High-Performance Award Receiver. Her track record includes developing new products and channel partners in order to reach out to more businesses. Throughout her career, she has travelled abroad for many international IT conferences in the US, UK and Asian countries seeking to master information technology. Michele is currently a member of the National Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Malaysia (NAWEM) and a past Committee Member of ItSMF Malaysia. Michele co-founded ServeDeck 4 years ago.
