Founded in November, 1999 by Tim Donnelly, TopLinePros, LLC (formerly SoftVu, LLC) is the holding company for SeniorVu, LLC and other certain assets. In June of 2018, SoftVu, LLC sold its mortgage marketing automation platform to LoyaltyExpress, now known as Volly. Part of this transaction required the owners of SoftVu, LLC to change the name of its holding company, which TopLinePros (aka TLP) was chosen. In 2015, SoftVu started a new business unit focus on helping the senior living industry deal with the challenges related to sustaining the proper occupancy rates to ensure a community's ability to profitably deliver the necessary levels of care to its residents without compromise. In December, 2017 TLP created SeniorVu as a wholly owned subsidiary under TLP and this company is currently headquartered out of the Crossroad District in downtown Kansas City, Missouri.

SeniorVu was created to help deliver a great experience for all stakeholders in the senior living journey. Our purpose-driven culture focused on driving client value through our technology innovations, transparent results and exceptional service. In July 2022 we announced the merger of SeniorVu with Serviam Care Network, P.B.C.

I started SoftVu in 1999 with the vision to help companies streamline business processes using enhanced forms of communication. The vision still stands strong many years later with the clarity of our focus directed at marketing automation for the banking industry.In June of 2018, we sold SoftVu to New Capital Partners and immediately merged with LoyaltyExpress, based out of Boston, and in March of 2019 the company was rebranded as Volly.
