Using the net proceeds from that business sale John has purchased several substantial commercial investment properties throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Area. His knowledge of property investment was developed and enhanced by his selection and study of office sites in his serviced office business. John’s modus operandi is to select under forming and undercapitalized properties in establish locations and to perform essential repairs and value adding improvements. John was then able to renegotiate all leases and rental income, as a result, he substantially improved the asset values of all his property estates and investments.The lift and asset values has been well in excess of market appreciation and has facilitated additional debt finance to support further strategic investments.John Joannou has over 12 years’ experience in the property asset management industry.
