Recruiting across a nationwide network of branches for Resourcers, Coordinators, Consultants, Managers and Directors.Liaising directly with the senior management team to headhunt talent and grow Search's market presence.

Based on-site and working under the banner of White Rose Resourcing, I provided recruitment solutions to both temporary and permanent assignments with Leeds City College, as well as acting as the main contact/front of house point between the candidates, college managers and Protocol.

• Supplying local authorities and businesses throughout the UK with quality and reliable commercial candidates as a permanent recruitment solution• Implementing a full candidate recruitment procedure, including screening, vetting and interviewing in accordance with all current UK legislation• Face-to-face consultant meetings with current and prospective clients to ascertain and tailor our strategic recruitment services• Friendly, high calibre and competitively priced service which is both responsive and pro-active to our clients’ and their customers' needs and requirements• Business development including generating new leads and maintaining old contacts

• Manage database of over 10,000 promotional staff using ACT• Advertise job vacancies via mailmerges, text messages and social media (Facebook, Twitter etc)• Assess staff suitability on a campaign by campaign basis and book them in accordingly• Send and receipt of staff application forms for new applicants• Assess new suitable candidates and conduct telephone interviews before acceptance• Staff scoring and professional reference checking• Creation, development and sending of monthly staff newsletter• Recruit and manage part-time staffing assistants where workload requires
