• Co-founded IRC’s largest staff initiative, the GARD Network - a 350+ member, staff-led global community to address structural oppression, racism, and coloniality in IRC and the humanitarian aid sector. • Co-established IRC’s first DEI Council, and co-wrote the Council’s charter. Collaborating with over 30 ERGs and affinity groups to provide key recommendations to various IRC stakeholders and to develop community-based accountability mechanisms to measure leadership’s engagement on DEI-related issues.• Spearheaded a theory of change agenda based on organizational analysis of power, transparency, and accountability of a major i-NGO with over 14,000 staff members with localization requirements spanning 40+ countries and 20+ U.S. cities. Contributed to and provided expert review of 3 IRC DEI action plans and evidence-based metrics for evaluation.• Coordinated hundreds of front-line staff and client voices to create IRC’s first comprehensive roadmap, with 52 action items necessary to develop an organizational structure and culture committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion through an analysis of power, transparency, and accountability.• Liaised with a cross-cutting team, including HR, Programming, Operations, Finance, Evaluation, Legal, Staff/ Client Representative Groups, and IRC leadership to support the implementation of DEI action plans and metrics.• Established a long-term learning and exchange forum for staff to deepen understanding of anti-racism, systemic oppression, DEI, marginalization, power imbalance, white-supremacy & decoloniality.• Co-developing an external facing, non-profit sector-wide coalition to exchange ideas and solutions to address diversity, equity, and inclusion within the larger global industry.

• Provided project team oversight, programmatic management, compliance analysis, and financial review of 5 violence prevention focused grants spanning 12 countries and totaling over $5 million. Areas of focus include Women’s Protection & Empowerment, Child Empowerment, & Protection Rule of Law.• Managed all forward-facing donor communications, including the production of quarterly & annual project reports to demonstrate project development measured against baseline metrics.

• Project Management: Provided operational management for 7 UN projects focused on poverty alleviation & empowerment of marginalized communities, totaling more than $80 million; Administered over 600 financial contracts with 300 vendors and partner organizations across 6 continents to support global efforts to address extreme poverty, income inequality, gender discrimination, human trafficking, labor rights, environmental degradation, & disparities in access to education.• Partnership Development: Managed global partnerships and served as a liaison for the UN system to over 900 internal & external stakeholders, including UN agencies & missions, governments, (i)NGOs, student groups, private sector, academic institutions, & concerned individuals.• Human Resources Design: Administered over 140 staff & consultant recruitments, analyzed gender balance to develop a metrics and implementation system to increase management-level female staff representation by 20% to support UN mandate for gender equity.
