The Process Artisan performs general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, optimizes machine performance, and supports operators. Key responsibilities include:Maintenance & Repairs:Act as the primary contact for equipment breakdowns.Minimize production downtime with professional repairs.Document problem-solving and execute maintenance tasks.Ensure equipment reliability and support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Collaborate with the Central Maintenance Team on spare parts inventory.Optimization & Loss Reduction:Enhance machine efficiency and minimize losses (e.g., dry goods and beer).Coach operators on maintenance best practices and 5Y problem-solving.Conduct quality checks and document waste/product movement accurately.Procedure & Protocol Management:Develop and refine maintenance procedures.Enforce best practices and encourage continuous improvement.Health & Safety:Respond to emergencies and support safety initiatives.Participate in Food Safety and Quality activities, adhering to OSHA regulations.
