In this 6-month consulting engagement, I helped Transunion identify top 15 areas that may be improved in their Global Operations center to reduce their TCO by 22%. The same is achieved by analyzing their Service Now data and by proposing automation using Service Now orchestration engine, Jenkins and Selenium. The executed proposal resulting in saving $2.31M over a 3-year period on Transunion global operations.
