Responsible for E&I maintenance of Aluminium Ingot casting line BEFESA of capacity 15 T/H – 2 Nos3. Responsible for maintenance of EOT Cranes of 32T & 10T Capacity – 9 Nos4. Responsible for maintenance of Holding & Tilting Furnace of 80T Capacity – 8 Nos5. Maintenance planning and executing PM activity in Cast House, Shift maintenance and Breakdown.6. Knowledge of Compact logix PLC, Flexi I/O, Power Flex VFD, Siemens VFD, Servo motor and software’s like RS Logix 5000, Factroy Talk View, Drive Executive.7. Implementation of Assert Optimization in maintenance and developing systems for improving the overall equipment effectiveness.

1. Responsible for planning and execution of preventive maintenance activity of MCC, DSL, Raising Beam, Laddle cleaning Machine, Potline Lighting, Auxilary EOT’s and auxiliary area Electrical systems.2. Responsible for planning and execution of preventive maintenance activity of 52 PTM’s in pot line, PTM Transfer systems.3. Responsible for achieving the equipment availability, MTTF, MTTR and PM monthly effectiveness targets4. Spares management, managing the maintenance activities and skill level enhancement for the team members.

Knowledge of P&I Drawings and Field Instruments in POWER PLANT, coal handling system and utilities. Having hands on experience in configuration and troubleshooting of ABB Mod 30 XL controllers and Citect SCADA software systems.4. Knowledge of P&I Drawings and Field Instruments in Alumina Refinery. Knowledge of Level 0, 1, 2 Automation systems of 4 Hi Aluminium Rolling Mills Maintenance and troubleshooting ANSALDO AC & DC Drives, VME Systems, Radiometry Thickness Measurement Gauges, Flatness control and spray nozzle system.
