I joined Kaivalya in 2011; through the years have worked as a Program Leader, and Program Manager to be able to understand the program well. I have now taken over the function of engaging with investors, donors, & foundations. Have worked as a Corporate and Investment Banker for over 23 years; have enjoyed establishing, building and nurturing Relationships. The human domain is really as fascinating as it is demanding. My Corporate stint gave me exposure to a variety of environs: Worked with SBI Group, first as a banker at SBBJ, followed by an exciting stint at SBICAP for about 10 years. I spent my next ten years with a French Banking Group, viz.,Credit Agricole Indosuez. Had a sojourn of about 3 years with Kotak Bank as a Head of Corporate Banking, North India. The current assignment is full of possibilities as the Sector is evolving quickly and there is a buzz in the air with Corporates having to look at their CSR activities rather seriously. I am glad to be part of this new development.
