Created case studies to test the efficacy of Cythereal MAGIC™ (malware genomic correlation) that is integrated with McAfee ENS's cloud backend for advanced malware analysis. The system carries out semantic similarity analysis of programs using advanced program analysis techniques at the assembly instruction-level code. MAGIC finds similarities between samples submitted using McAfee's GetQuarantine and also find variants of those samples from MAGIC’s database. It has the facility to provide alerts for campaign detections and can generate YARA rules that can be used for searching other services, like VirusTotal.

Environment: KDE-API, C++, QTDeveloped an open source project based on KDE framework which helps people to create image collage. The plugin allows users to do basic image transformations, image effects etc. This plugin is made accessible to other KDE image editing applications like Gwenview and Digikam.
