This role involves a blend of technical expertise and leadership.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Network and IT Infrastructure Support:** I ensure our network, security, and voice infrastructure is robust and performs at its best, providing a solid foundation for Borwood's services. My focus is on implementing upgrades and improvements to maintain high standards of performance and security.- **Infrastructure Engineering:** I engage in the technical engineering tasks related to our network and IT infrastructure, troubleshooting complex issues to ensure seamless service delivery. Collaborating with fellow engineers, I help design and implement effective infrastructure solutions.- **Ongoing Reporting, Monitoring, and Documentation:** I monitor our infrastructure services to ensure optimal performance and swift resolution of issues. My responsibilities include maintaining detailed documentation of configurations, changes, and incidents, as well as generating regular performance and status reports.- **Knowledge Management:** Providing guidance and technical assistance to Level 1 Operations Engineers is a key part of my role.
