I was promoted to Program Executive after a major client requested that I take over their account. In this role, I managed cross-border accounts and was the Oil Energy and Chemical expert for all of CDI North America. Maintaining a strong focus on MSP accounts and inspection services, I consistently delivered high-quality service to both clients and candidates. Working closely with my clients, I gained a strong understanding of their business needs and was able to return to CDI to advocate for them. As a result, I helped one client build their MSP program from scratch, and I helped another client grow their inspector team from 50 people to an impressive 560.

Recognizing an opportunity to transform a struggling business, I purchased The Cheesecake Company in December 2011. Putting my recruitment experience to work at my own company, I recruited and trained a large majority of our 45-person staff.
