I was responsible for PwC's go-to-market strategy across the Technology, Media and Telecommunications industries, providing strategic advice to the leadership team, driving our business priorities and creating ideas to grow our business. I also led the industry aligned sales and marketing team.

I led BT Group’s partnership with Cisco and drive the 360 degree relationship across BT Group so as to deliver incremental revenue growth. I was responsible for setting the strategic intent of the partnership and for communication, execution and governance globally. I also held overall responsibility for day to day operations, including leading a large virtual team globally, tracking initiatives, leading the design and delivery of joint marketing and communications activities, measuring performance and resolving complex issues and escalations.

I was responsible for identifying, defining and directing strategic partnering bets and driving incremental revenue opportunities with BT's strategic partners. I led all aspects of the alliance life cycle including executive engagement, governance, joint business planning, go to market activities, coordination of resources, joint value proposition development and generation of ongoing value. I provided leadership on partner strategy evolution and am experienced with Alliance Best Practice’s VST methodology.

International assignment to Japan, sitting on the country management team and leading the effort to establish BT as a leader in the networked IT services market in Japan. I was responsible for shaping and helping to deliver the transformation of the business, driving growth through the generation and retention of profitable business, building brand and reputation, defining compelling campaigns and sector propositions and building strong client relationships. I also led on employee engagement and was active in numerous women in business events in Tokyo.

I was responsible for identifying, developing and managing relationships and activities with industry analysts and consultants on a global basis to improve market awareness and perception of BT Global Services, develop pipeline opportunities and glean vital sources of market data and intelligence. I led the execution of analyst and consultant plans and activities for BT's global financial services vertical and the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa region. I was also responsible for promoting BT's global portfolio and securing record placements for BT Global Services in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Network Services Providers.
