My role supports the Strategic Planning particularly on the Statistics for Development Division's monitoring and evaluation work across three main work streams including supporting MEL work across the climate change flagship, Sustainable Development Goals reporting and Gender work.I am also supporting the review and updating of the Division's business plan including the MFAT (New Zealand Aid) PSD 2 (Activity for Improving Access to Pacific Statistics and Data) Program's business plan.I am also responsible for supporting the Development of the Pacific Group on Disability Statistics Multi year work plan funded by DFAT.I also support the ongoing monitoring of the Division's respective outputs for planned activities, donor reporting as well as conducting program specific reviews and commisioned evaluations.

Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea

1. Support MEL technical team on the USD 22 million USAID-funded biodiversity conservation program.2. I supported the data quality assessment process of the program and worked on reviewing the USAID standard indicators for tracking program progress. I wrote the USAID 2022 program annual report and the Project Progress Report (PPR) including the 2022 Year 3 Q4 report and Year 4 Q1 report.3. Supported the recruitment of MEL staff and led the coordination of implementing partners’ and small grants grantee reports including program staff MEL capacity building and collaboration with the USAID PNG office and DT Global office in the USA.4. Provide technical input to the Annual MEL Plan and Work Plan review and write up.5. Support Implementing partners, CARE International, Tree Kangaroo Conservation Foundation, The Nature Conservancy, and Wildlife Conservation Society including small grants grantees.6. Provide input to the Quarterly and Annual reports of the program to USAID.7. Support compliance and reporting standards based on USAID requirements.

My role as a program analyst for the Women Peace and Humanitarian Fund, under the Spotlight Initiative funded by European Union and WPHF, is to support a total of 14 Civil Society organizations in Papua New Guinea working to address Gender Based Violence.I provided project management supervision and guidance to 14 CSOs and assisted with proposal writing, financial management, project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation as well as technical support to CSOs on the development of their organizational structure and policies so that their capacity is improved and sustained to better manage their organization to respond to GBV, SARV, IPV interventions delivered through their programmatic work.Managing a portfolio of USD 5 million grants for 14 Civil Society Organizations.Partners With

I supported the business development aspect of the country program portfolio including supporting the project/program design process, write-up, and implementation of extensive MEAL systems and tools that enabled Save the Children PNG to better report progress and measure the impact of programs.I led the technical program quality support to Papua New Guinea’s TB/HIV Program, Rapid Increase in Standards of Education RISEProject, Safe Communities Safe Children Project SCSC (Child Protection Program) eLearning pilot project, UNOPS fund Scaling Up Nutrition Project (SUND), Cash Voucher Assistance Program for Fiji and PNG and developed Advocacy M&E framework integrated into PNG Program Country Portfolio.I developed the quality learning and accountability mechanisms that were integrated into program designs and ensure the implementation of the tools. I worked closely with the Director of Program development and quality, and program staff and participated in regional and Global MEAL-related working groups.

I supported the Monitoring Evaluation Research and Learning aspect of the Gender and Maternal Health Project in Bougainville, Eastern Highlands, Simbu and Morobe Provinces of Papua New Guinea. I was responsible for setting up the MEL system and building staff capacity of project staff including leading the baseline of the project and facilitating learning and reflection workshops for the project and it's stakeholders.

I was responsible for overseeing the monitoring evaluation and learning aspect of the organisation in Papua New Guinea and Fiji taking lead in the design of MEL systems and processes for Gender and Maternal Health, Bougainville Youth Economic Empowerment, Disaster Risk and Resilience, Sexual Reproductive Health and Child Protection Projects. I also led the mud term reviews and evaluation of projects, including the learning and reflection aspect of projects with staff and stakeholders.

I supported CARE International's Kommuniti Tingim AIDS project providing monitoring, evaluation and learning related support such as ongoing project monitoring of peer educator outreach activities, sexual health activity monitoring at the sexual health clinics in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville including support and leading the end of project evaluation. One of my roles was leading the learning and reflection workshop with the project team and it's stakeholders such as the ABG Health and other development partners in the health sector of Bougainville.

Tabubil, Western, Papua New Guinea

As a data analyst with Ok Tedi Ming's Social Impact Assessment team under the Community Relations Department, my role was to support the data quality aspect of the CMCA communities of North, Middle and South Fly including regular population update, support census of new villages within the CMCA communities. Part of my work supports regular community relations work such as community visits and regular patrols to the mine impacted communities and regular handling of Complaints and grievances and ensuring closure of complaints and grievances.
