The company is service provider of underwater recreation in Kish Island to Iranian people, and touristfrom overseas, which is including diving with a special machine named “scooter” . My husband and I are of the shareholders of the company, I managed 13people including 1 secretary, 4 dive masters, 2 sailors, 3 boat captain, and 3 workers.Main responsibilities:- Planning and organizing activities of the business- Handling duties of all staff, and coordinating their assignments.- Preparing financial daily and monthly reports, reviewing budgetary information,interpreting financial data, and monitoring expense reports.- Identifying customer needs, and look for patterns in customer feedback, through face toface surveys or online questionnaire in weblog.- Suggesting and developing improvement plans and assisting in implementing changes.- Analyzing business current operation which involves obtaining data through directobservation, customers’ feedback, competitors’ activities, and sales report.
