Setareh is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with expertise in depth-oriented and integrative approaches to psychotherapy. Her clinical work focuses on addressing dependencies, co-occurring mental health conditions, and trauma, with an emphasis on fostering sustainable change and personal growth.Her professional training includes advanced certifications in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, notably through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy program, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
