• Managing the backend of the ecommerce website• Designing and creating various digital needs for the brand• Reporting the changes on the inventory to the related marketplaces and agencies• Tracking transfers, SO's and PO's to arrange the inventory accordingly• Entering inventory and product data, following up with the deadlines• Ensuring that all products are uploaded and look good on our websites and marketplaces• Finding new potential online marketplaces suitable for our brand and offering them to the Sales/Marketing team• Keeping Excel databases for various assets to keep the brand organized• Tracking online orders from marketplaces or websites, preparing the documents, shipping and tracking them• Updating the Sales Report template each week about the sales of our Ecommerce + Online Marketplaces• Sending related documents, content and informing the Digital Marketing Agency about the updates of the brand, analyzing their performance and informing the management accordingly• Creating products, entering product data, arranging and organizing digital showroom page per season• A Seasonal report sent to the management about Digital Needs and room for improvements• Managing and maintaining currently used Apps, finding new apps • Reporting the weekly analytical numbers of brand’s website traffic• Following the daily trends to present new ideas for the expansion of the brand• Assisting the brand and our main designer and other departments on various digital tasks
