THE PARTNERSHIP INTENSIVE (PI)If we look, partnerships are found in almost every aspect of life. They define us and our development as human beings. Personal develoment is about discovering, creating , and sustaining the value within yourself and the value within other people as a mutually inclusive form of thinking and acting. The Partnership, Performance & Power Course is about conscious living that incorporates consciousness, accountability, gratitude, creation in abundance, and the experience of joy. The Partnership Intensive (PI) sia 3-5 day residential Course that utilizes the same process that Charles Berner discovered. Berner, and almost all other facilitators of similar processes, concentrate on personal development, personal enlightenment and transformation. The focus of Berner's work is entirely on "you" . Even though in every case, even when you feel you are alone, enlightenment and/or transformation occur with and because of others. Nonetheless, it is retained as personal. The Partnership Intensive is different. It is an evolution of the Enlightenment Intensive Process. It begins with "we" rather than "me" and ends with "we". It will feel personal. but it is entirely transpersonal. For this reason, people who participate in the Partnership Intensive come with a true partner in their life: a life partner, a spouse, a business partner, a family partner, a best friend: a personal, business, private or public partner. The retreat begins there and ends there. The ultimate quest of the retreat is "Who are we?"The Partnership Intensive (PI) promotes no belief system or philosophy of life. It is not therapy. It offers an opportunity to go beyond mental constructs and bring your full awareness into direct contact with the truth. The PI format combines contemplation of a series of questions with communication to a partner. Half the time is spent contemplating and communicating, and the other half receiving your partner's communication.

Rutgers University's National Center for Public Performance, in collaboration with the New Jersey Managed Districts Association (NJMDA), presents a four module online certificate program for the Profession of Business District Management for Business Improvement Districts, Main Street Programs, Enterprise Zones, and Administrators throughout the world. The certificate program examines the profession of business district management and the public-private partnerships that support practioners and communities active in their revitalization, and provides needed skills for these professionals to be more effective managers.The Business District Management Certificate Program (BDM) provides professionals and students with a user-friendly, four module, online learning platform that offers an exploration and training into the theories and practices that identify the multisectoral profession of business district management as a form of public-private partnership. The Ironbound Business Improvement District - Home to over 570 businesses and more than 170 restaurants, the Ironbound Business Improvement District (IBID) is Newark's shining star, promoting interest in the City as a great place to visit in addition to fostering economic growth and employment opportunities. Established in 2000, the IBID is led by a 25-member board and is funded through special assessments on commercial properties in the District. Created, Instruct, and Direct the Business District Executive Management Certification Program (BDEMCP), the first of its kind in the world.In partnership with the International Downtown Association, International Cities & Town Centers Association, Town Center Management Assoc., & the International Economic Development Council.

Director--Designed and administered the State of New Jersey - Downtown Revitalization and Business Improvement District Program. This program worked towards the establishment of over 70 Special Improvement Districts (SID/ BID), and developed and administered various loan and grant programs and provided oversight for the Main Street and Neighborhood Preservation Programs. Created a successful planning and training process using community development and business technologies for downtown revitalization. Developed Community Reinvestment Act strategies with the Federal Reserve and NJ Dept. of Banking. Managed, administered (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, and economic development programming and policy for over 350 diverse communities, administered over $15 million in community and economic development grant and loan contracts.
