As a Training and Development Coordinator at Cardinal Namdini, I oversee the design and delivery of training programs, identify skills gaps, create training materials, deliver training sessions, evaluate training effectiveness, collaborate with other departments, and provide guidance to employees seeking professional development opportunities. Conduct Training Needs Analysis, design and develop Training Programmes that are aligned with the organisation’s objectives to ensure compliance and close identified skills and knowledge gaps to enhance competency. Choosing appropriate training methods per situation (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development courses).

Reports to Safety ManagerCreate, enact, and update job safety programmes for employees that encompass industry standard health and safety regulations as well as company standards for safety in the workplace. Training employees on the importance of health and safety on the job.

Reports to Administration ManagerManage daily office operations, provide support to executives, and complete clerical tasks of all types. Scout and negotiate for new business and keep client relations healthy.
