At this position I work with 150-300 customers weekly; managing the schedule of my technicians and my customers vehicles. Making sure to be consistent with my communication on how the repairs and or maintenance on their vehicle is going. I manage the schedule of my commission based technicians to make sure they have a constant flow of work coming to them in order for them the get a consistent paycheck. As I do the work as the service advisor and Service writer my days tend to be full and fast paced. This is a great opportunity to work under pressure and handling money, paperwork and scheduling.

at this position I was the oil change technician. On a daily basis I would take in customers vehicles, check over the entire vehicle while doing an oil change. This was a solo position although there were certified technicians need be. I would handle 9 cars a day while keeping a clean and workable area. This was a great experience as it taught me how to work hard and be a consistent and fast working employee. I will take the things taught to me for life.

At this position I would deal with customers and making drinks in a daily basis. Working with a high volume of customers while managing to keep consistent while making drinks was a great experience to have.
