During my time at Frogster America, my duties fell into four catagories:GameMaster:- Policing the players in game- Running in-game events- Investigating botters, hackers, exploits- Policing official game forums- Enforcing ToS and Game/Forum rules- Help run the volunteer "Greeters Program"- Train new GM's on in-game GM commands and proper GM behaviour.Customer Support Specialist:- Provide support on a range of issues via ticket system, forums and in game- Help shape the policies that govern supports responses to new issues.- Train new Customer Support Representatives in the policies and various tools at our disposal.- Provide weekly typed reports about current and or new support issues to managementFraud Investigation:- Investigating Gold sellers and buyers- Finding and Identifying Charge Backs- Banning of gold seller networks via recursive IP and Account tracking - take an IP, get list of accounts for that IP. Run through each account getting list of IP's.
