Seth’s practice encompasses a range of litigation disputes, with an emphasis on patent litigation. Seth leverages his legal education from Northwestern University and his postgraduate level education in physics to effectively represent clients in his technology patent practice. Seth obtained his MS in Physics from Dalhousie University in 2017 where he was awarded a Nova Scotia Graduate Scholarship for innovative work advancing Nova Scotia priorities. His thesis research was in ultrafast non-linear spectroscopy of 2-D perovskite materials for use in next generation solar cell and spintronic technologies. Seth obtained his BS in Physics from Queen’s University in 2015 completing his undergraduate thesis work, jointly with the Cancer Center of Southeastern Ontario, in the study of radiochromic gel dosimeters for radiation therapy treatment quality assurance. During his time at Queen’s, Seth was awarded an Ontario/Rhone-Alpes Scholarship and a NSERC Undergraduate Student Research Award for photonics internships in Lyon, France and Kingston, Ontario respectively.
