-Project Manager II's (PMII) will work directly with IT, product and business to complete strategic initiatives. -PMII's will manage technology projects, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery. -Coordinate internal resources and 3rd party/vendors for flawless execution of multiple concurrent projects. -Develop and measure project performance including KPI's, resource and capacity, budget and cost. -Communicate project plans, tasks and schedules, priorities and status to all levels within Vertafore. -Utilize project management industry best practices, techniques and standards. Adhere to PMO processes and procedures throughout entire project lifecycle. -PMII's will be strong problem solvers and data driven. Fast learners with strong ability to adapt and thrive.

Bryan/College Station, Texas Area

- Provides executive level technical support to users in the Vice-chancellor/Dean's suite.- Manages/coordinates IT projects with CIO and other IT team members.- Assists with IT work in one or more areas of technical specialization. Provides technical assistance.- Assists with problem management procedures.- Attends client and/or vendor meetings.- Assists with team documentation and problem tracking.- Applies quality standards and ensures all work is accurate and in compliance with departmental or project qualitystandards.- Provides back-end and in person management/support for conference room systems and software.- Serves as a liason to other departments and vendors for conference room upgrades and installations, ranging fromsimple equipment swaps to full conference room construction projects.- Occasionally travels to other Agrilife centers in Texas to perform/supervise project operations.

- Troubleshoot, repair, maintenance and upgrades on computer equipment- Backup and recovery of hard drive data - Installation of printer maintenance kits- Operation of hardware and software diagnostic tools.- Configuring and troubleshooting computers and printers on the HSC network. - Make recommendations and provide specifications for new equipment. - Installation of various computer operating systems and desktop application support, assist with software installation.- Maintenance and training for customers- Resolve routine virus problems- Become familiar with general and specific customer’s needs to perform job duties successfully.- May supervise student technicians. - Hire, train, supervise and evaluate students. - Coordinate workflow and assist students with learning and accomplishing their duties.- Use standard references, resources, procedural materials and assistance from senior staff toresolve problems - Contacting vendors to report and resolve problems - Staying current with recent development in computer technology.- Other duties as assigned.

- Answer phones and giving technical support to students, faculty, staff, etc. in all locations across Texas.- Provide hands on support to students, faculty, staff, etc. who came to the helpdesk with computer issues.- Assist microcomputer specialists in IT support calls for local users.- Give technical support to students during testing.
