Audio Video design, installation and Product Flow of high-end home theater control. Our work centered on the design of scaled down models of actual movie theaters. With my own company issued truck, I managed theater installs.

My duties include general bike shop operations such as sales service and repairs. A large amount of product knowledge is required as well as customer assistance and the generation of repair options. Enjoyed being a part of a team atmosphere where ideas are shared. This was a high-volume shop where assessing customer needs are done at a high rate of speed to meet demand. Triage operation was commonly implemented to complete service issues upgrades and repairs. The shop regularly catered to the messenger community. As a result we commonly had a “time is money” approach to servicing high demand situations.

Operation of a computer automated fabrication (router) table, crane and service truck operator, neon bender, installer, general fabrication and service engineer. My duties included general production, installation and service of neon signage. Upgraded a new facility in Beltsville by wiring the building for new equipment. (electrical). Help create an efficient fabrication environment by presenting ideas from a fabricator’s view. On the job trained as a neon bender/pumper.

Helping customers with their purchases, as well as any electronics problem solving. Some light stocking duties.
