I created schedules that matched guest traffic and business needs and managed merchandising and pricing workloads, including transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling, and promotions.I built and developed a team of consultants passionate about Apparel and Accessories, Beauty, and Electronics, using selling training techniques to enhance their skills. I led backroom processes and ensured that the sales floor was well-organized and stocked. I also directed my team in delivering inspiring visual presentations in A&A, Home, Baby, and seasonally relevant areas, ensuring fitting rooms were welcoming extensions of the sales floor.
