Working with Salesforce to maintain and analyze all donations and events that are held throughout the year. Creating reports, dashboards, and an organized database of all data relevant for current donors, potential new donors, major sponsors, and grants.

•Assisting with quarterly and year end financial statements•Assisting with filing and the organization of individual and business clients tax returns •Maintaining all incoming fees to Robins and Associates, CPA•Process payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, and statements •Assist with entering data into CPA software•Create and update excel spreadsheets•Maintain accounting records by making copies and filing documents•Jumping into any side projects, if needed
