• Design, setup and conduct tests for natural gas and propane fuel system components.• Tasks require data gathering (by way of National Instruments hardware and LabVIEW), reduction and analysis. • Projects have included characterizing AFR control authority/ sensitivity of a 3.0L fuel system, testing fuel shut-off valves to failure over a range of temperatures and pressures and injector durability testing.• Created PID controller in LabVIEW to account for droop across a pressure regulator due to increasing flow-rate.• Designing and machining flow orifices and fixtures for test bench calibration.• Using the Charpy method to compare impact resistance between two fuel selector valve designs.

• Provided design and detailing support to achieve timely release of engineering designs to manufacturing. • Designed brackets, O-rings, paneling geometry, and made several decisions on part purchasing from third-party manufactures for P1067 Intermittent Motion Automatic Filling, Assembly, and Inspection Machine, P1070 - Liquid Filling Machine, and P1071 - Powder Filling and Stoppering Machine.
